Do you have a smarty pants?

Am I the only one in total awww of the things DD picks up on a daily basis without being taught?  They just pick up on things so fast, it's amazing!

Today, like every other day, she pulled her sock off so I asked where her sock was and she pointed to it on her foot.  Last month MIL asked her to dance and she did it.  She knows her baby doll, cup, ball, hugs, sit down, etc. I can't believe I am responsible for this child!

She is growing up so fast! Crying

    Aww, that is so sweet!! We always seem to be behind about a month on everything, but she does make this face every time I bust her trying to do something that I've told her a thousand times not to do. Such as, touching the PS3. I will say "No no Whitney!"  She gives me this look like "Are you kidding me right now?"

    LOL. Such a mature look for an 11 1/2 month old!

    Hopefully you are getting on video your little ones shenanigans!

    Us too. Our child is the most gifted child ever to walk the planet. But she doesn't want to show off so as soon as the camera comes out she gives me this look like, "why are you jumping up and down like a moron? I don't understand a thing you're saying. I've never done any of those things." [Please please see that this is sarcasm and I'm not really that mom.]

    Seriously, it is so cool to see her learning and doing new things. Baby brains are just so freakin' cool.

    Everytime I teach DS a new "trick" he refuses to perform in front of H.  My H thinks I am making up DS's skills all the time.  Also, I think DS has learned that he has a cute face and puts it on when he is doing something he knows he shouldn't be.

    My child has no sense of self-preservation. Her favorite thing to do now is climb into her highchair, stand and shake her booty on it. She can do it in about five seconds flat and it helps that her brother will pull it out of the corner and turn it around for her while cheering her on. So I don't know about smart, but she is always thinking of new ways to scare the crap out of me.

    I'll try to get one today. H never takes videos and she was doing it all weekend while I was working. I only saw it once :(
