What are your favorite types of cookies...?

I am going to a holiday cookie exchange tomorrow and I haven't baked yet. I was thinking maybe peanut butter blossoms and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies because those are my faves, but I am still unsure. (The are no allergy restrictions).

Have you made saltine cracker toffee? It's ridiculously easy, cheap, and it disappears at my house. I put out a plate of peanut blossoms, candy cane blossoms, and cracker toffee last night and only the toffee was finished. It's called toffee crack(ers) on smittenkitchen.com
