  I had similar pains. It is the scar tissue stretching.

  I think it's normal, according to my dr.  I've had slight twinges in my incision with this pregnancy.

  You can try to help the scar tissue stretch and separate by massaging with a cream.  When I put on my after shower lotion, I work on my scar area.  You can google it, but I found a massage technique that works the three layers to promote healing.
