Just a brief u/s update, in case you're interested...

So after some bleeding last night (first of this pregnancy), I was seriously relieved to see a little heart beating this morning. 117 beats per minute, up from 90 last time.

CRL put me at 6w1d vs. 5w6d five days ago. Hmm. My u/s tech was not concerned, as she thought there was a high likelihood that the first measurement was off, and we're talking millimeters right now. But it still sticks in the back of my head that I am/should be 6w5d today. This is the point at which I start saying the serenity prayer a lot. ;)

And I'm mostly ok. And thrilled that that little heart was beating away this morning! :)

    Yay for a little heart beating away. I'm glad everything looks good and yes, we are talking millimeters so please don't let that CRL get you upset. Little thing is SOOOOO tiny that it's tough to measure.

    i bled on and off the whole first tri. so stressful, but so common.

    i agree with the tech--measurements are SO inaccurate at this stage! i bet your LO is just fine. glad that the heartbeat is looking good.

    Ugh, internet just ate my post. Hopefully this isn't a double post, but said that this sounds like great news to me and stress of a slow started notwithstanding, Boodle started out super slow (like almost 2 weeks behind) and our RE was asking if we had experience with early losses, but she caught up by 8 weeks. Thinking of you!

    I'm glad to hear that little heart was just ticking away!!!  I think the exhaustion is a good sign that your little one is settling in for the long haul :)  ((((HUGS))))  I'm keeping you guys in my thoughts always and sending your LO tons of "grow grow grow" thoughts!!!

    Keep the faith!  Praying does help too -since you mentioned that.  at least it calms you down...

    Bleeding is super common.  I had bleeding multiple times in all my pregnancies even red blood - and it was ok when it was red too. 

    That early -measurements are super hard to get, they could be slightly off on the u/s especially if it was a different person.  Remember most people don't get u/s until after 8 wks but us IFers get special treatment.

    Those measurements are soooo subjective early on. I would not worry about the measurement at all. Sooo great that you got to see a h/b!

    I think that sounds great!! An increasing heartrate is definitely a good sign.  In one of my u/s just the way the RE had the probe positioned changed the measurment so it can totally be off a little.

    Hooray for a good heartbeat!

    Both of my babies measured 4 days behind at those early ultrasounds, too, and both caught up. Good luck--these early days are so hard! But odds are on your side at this point!

    After 7 failed IUIs, IVF w/ ICSI worked!!

    I am thankful every day for my miracle after infertility.

    And thrilled to be pregnant again after FET!

    I definitely measured 4 days *behind* for the first several weeks of both pregnancies and well, let's just say by half way through I more than caught up.  Awesome heartbeat, congrats!!

    There is a 1 week cofidence interval with dating, so you are right in the zone.  So happy to hear about that beating heart! Great news!
