I hate playing the labor guessing game...

Since LO's movements have really slowed down over the past few days, the BH are stronger and I can no longer tell if the crampy sensations I'm having are merely baby scraping against my sensitive cervix or possible labor contractions. 

I need to have an attitude change quick or this could be a truly miserable next 0-5 weeks.  As if I'm not uncomfortable enough, an axious attitude is NOT going to help!

    I agree it is all about attitude!

    I keep telling myself that the longer DS#2 cooks, the longer I have to hang out with DS#1!! And once #2 comes, it'll be a whole new world and life will never again be simple.

    It keeps me in check when I start getting anxious!!!

    Sorry to hear that :(

    I still have a crazy active baby and no real signs of labor, so it's not a guessing game for me yet. I imagine it'll be frustrating once that starts up.

    I'm 38 weeks tomorrow and feel the same way... I'm trying to be positive and schedule fun (but not essential!) meetings. We're having the house deep-cleaned on Friday and I'm getting a pedicure with my sister-in-law. Whenever I wish the contractions would get stronger or baby will get here faster, I think about getting a pedicure and waiting a few more days. :-) It's stressful to live life like this, but in the grand scheme of things, it'll be over before we know it!
