Pls share soy & dairy free dessert ideas for Christmas

I am back on the soy and dairy free diet for the 3rd and last time for my 2 week old son.  Even though I just stopped eating this way this summer when DS2 turned 1, I am feeling rusty!  Any dessert ideas for Christmas?

    Pillsbury pie crusts are soy and dairy free...I make pies with them...if you hsve an A&P near you, the store brand blueberry and apple fillings are soy and dairy free!
