For a few weeks my morning sickness had been what I would consider run-of-the-mill morning sickness - I would throw up 1-3 times a day, usually in the morning, feel pretty miserable in the morning, and then once the afternoon came around, just feel queasy for the rest of the day. Yesterday started off similar to most mornings, with throwing up as soon as I got out of bed, but then things got much worse. I vomited 10-11 times, couldn't get out of bed, and couldn't keep anything down, food or fluids. DH gave me 2 bags of IV fluids and Zofran when he came home (he's a doctor). I continued to feel really crappy and even vomited the Zofran while I was getting fluids.
Anyhow, this morning I woke up and I am totally fine. I had a popsicle and some saltines to start the day and feel much, much better than I have in weeks. I don't know, I just feel so much better now, I can't help but worry that I lost the babies and that also maybe my sickness yesterday wasn't morning sickness but actually food poisoning or a virus? Anyone experience something similar? Any thoughts? My next ultrasound is in less than a week, so I feel like I should just try to chill out until then, but I can't help but worry. I think I am also paranoid because when I had my missed miscarriage, I had one day of extreme flu-like symptoms about a week before we found out we lost the baby.

....im sure it will be back after the IV high wears off.
I don't really have much advice. I am also newly pregnant with twins and have my m/s has been fluctuating a little bit lately. I would call the RE and explain your concerns. I bet they would be able to get you in early to help ease your mind.
IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN

Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!
as someone who still suffers from m/s I can tell you that it does come and go. But it is possible like you said that you had some sort of bug as well. It is not worth the stress of worrying too much and if you are really scared call your RE. I think they are used to women freaking out about stuff. hang in there.
