Yep ive done it the past 2 years for the boys and they enjoy it. Last year they had a lil more options to do with it as far as for the older kids he'd show them a part of his workshop or something. Stilll fun. A friend just sent Jack a phone call from santa through here: https://www.sendacallfromsanta.com/ It really threw me off cuz my friend's name showed up on my cell and i answered expecting to hear her voice and heard a man and it took me a minute to realize it was santa. Jack thought it was soooo cool!
yes, we have a nice and a naughty one. Hes seen the naughty one way more than the nice this year.
We also have Elf on the Shelf.....but we just got it so I cant say if its working or not.
It never occurred to me to use either as disciplinary tools. That would make me sad for L
