Help with a last minute holiday gift!!

I have until tomorrow to get a gift for my colleague. He is the best gift giver and a good friend. He's a he (obvs). Likes to cook, loves music, photography, motorcycles and just got a dog.

Ideas??? In past years I've gotten him beers, wine, a spice gift box from Penzy's and I can't remember what else. His gifts are always way more thoughtful, so I'd like to get him something nice. My budget is $30-$40.

    If he loves to cook........check out Sur La Table, I am sure there are some really cool things he would love in your budget.

    Central Market has a really cool cooking salts bar--smoked varieties, wasabi infused, and other flavors.  You could fill up a few jars with pretty ribbons.

    I'm always a big big fan of CM's cooking class.  You could get him a gift card to those (or Whole Foods--I hear theirs are good as well).

    If he is really into his dog right now, maybe a giftcard to a nice dog store/bakery?

    Ditto. There's also a really cool olive oil place in the Arboretum called Conolio. You could get him some oil and fancy pasta.

    All great suggestions!!

     

    I just got back from Whole Foods where I got him an empty growler and a gift card for him to fill it several times!! It went over VERY well and now the rest of my colleagues are jealous :)
