I didn't like this season as much, although it was still good. Kinda felt like "the real housewives of miami metro"
But I have to say the last 5 minutes had me gasp. DH said he saw that coming for 2 episodes now, I didn't. I am intrigued to know where next season will go with Deb knowing about Dex now. Why would Dex set up the kill room in the place Deb sent him to work? Seems kind of sloppy, like he wanted to be found out?
I hate the storyline of Deb being in love with Dex, still skeeves me out even though they are not biologically related. But it's the same story line of her falling in love with a serial killer. I think she is no longer going to be in "love" with him. Maybe a protector now?
And what about the ITK hand? They didn't really go into that, so maybe that's next season. Do you think that the intern is actually working undercover somehow or is a serial killer himself? He seems to know a lot for being an intern.
But now I have to wait until September to see what happens? Since the shows been picked up for 2 more seasons, there are so many senerios that they can move to.

RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4

I was nervous about watching the finale because I really couldn't have handled them killing Harrison. At least the writers knew better than to do that! I was sick to my stomach after Rita died and probably would have given up on the show if they killed Harrison.
Deb being in love with Dexter is weird. I think the intern guy with the ITK hand will be a main storyline next season. My DH called it really early on that the professor was Travis's dark passenger and that he wasn't really alive. I was still shocked even though I half expected it because DH kept thinking that. Deb is going to connect the dots pretty quickly about Dexter. She will put together Trinity fast and she knows he recently went to Nebraska to visit Jonah. She will probably also figure out Jordan Chase since she walked in on him and Lumen last time, but they were behind plastic sheeting...the scene might trigger it for her since how she discovered Dexter. I don't think she will rat him out, but it will be interesting to see how they move on from here.
Oh I felt the same way. I almost didn't watch the finale after seeing the previews.

Meh- it was funny b/c I was JUST saying how anti-climatic the finale was until Deb walked in. Now I can't wait to see how it pans out. I hate to be super critical but Travis was walking through Miami in plain sight w Harrison and no-one saw him or said anything even though he was like a super "famous" killer? If you notice when he drives away from the house w the painting- he's still driving his original car! Wouldn't someone have tracked his plates? I also and not a huge fan of this whole Deb in love w Dexter thing or her pysch. sessions,
Sadly, DH sorta accidentally read a spoiler online about Gellar being dead during like the 3rd episode so I knew all along and it kinda killed the whole season for me.
so, I posted this and then had to head to work!
I didn't really like the whole season, but I liked the finale. I knew Deb was gonna find out about Dexter. The show is based off a book and she knows about him being a serial killer in it. Also Laguerta dies in the book... so maybe that will happen next season?
I hate that Deb is "in love" with Dexter. It creeps me out too!
I think that the intern somehow knows Dexter is a serial killer and that is why he sent him the hand. I wish they would have dug into that more this season though!
