weaning?

I've spent the wkend trying to get my son to not nurse during the day. We've had some big fights bc he wants to nurse to fall asleep for his naps. I'm letting him nurse at bedtime & 1at thing in the am. I'm already missing him nursing but I'm ready to have my boobs back. He will be 1 soon & I feel good he has been breastfeeding this long but I'm ready foe a break.

    How is it going? I'm attempting to wean, at least daytime feelings, as I return to work in two weeks. I was also pumping but have pretty much finished that. I am trying to add at least one bottle a day and just bf at night. I am curious how it's going. I thought I was ready but some days I miss the nursing and go back to it.

    I miss it & its been rough. He doesn't want to wean. I miss him cuddling with me when he nurses. I have uneven boobs from 1 side producing more than the other & I'm ready to see if they will even out.
