NBR: Jewelry Store Recs

Hi ladies,

My husband and I recently relocated to the area and have several special occassions coming up (Xmas, anniversary, new baby).  I'd like to get him a new watch and I think he'd like to look for something for me, as well.  Any recommendations for a local jeweler that is reputable, but that does not charge 2x as much for the name of the brand (if that makes sense)?

    Ive had good experiences at Barsky's on Jewlers Row, but Ive never price compared so Im not sure if they are reasonable or not. But they are friendly and reputable and helpful and didnt push the most expensive things on you which I appreciated.

    Since I posted this question, this is my first time back.  I did some independent research, spoke to about 6 jewelers, and Barksy's is where I am going next weekend.  Glad to now see your rec! Thanks!
