Holiday gift/tip for Nannies

Any suggestions for holiday gifts or tips for nannies? I am trying to figure out what is an appropriate gift or cash amount and thought I would get some advice!

    Having never had a nanny to tip...I would suggest a card to her favorite store, or if you know she likes a certain mall or coffee spot.  The amount would depend on how much you pay her.  The year I was nannying I got $100 gift card to the local mall because she knew I loved clothes.  Hope this helps!
