have you taken them in for developmental evaluation yet? Perhaps one of the therapists can give you some insight. I'm not sure when DD started to look at us but I do remember worrying that she wasnt making much eye contact. Her therapist realized that she would avert her gaze when overstimulated. But by no means do I think i know why your DD doesnt look at you as much as your DS - just letting you know what we realized at an early developmental time.
So your babies are 1 month actual? That is still a little early. I think my pedi asked us if they were making eye contact at their 2 month appointment. I'm sure it will happen soon but if you are worried you can always mention it to your pedi.
