weird pain in right lower chest/upper abdomen?

I woke up last night with a fairly intense weird pain in my right lower chest/upper abdomen right around my ribcage.  It was really uncomfortable, and finally went away after I rolled over onto my other side.  Today I'm just feeling under the weather - our family's been fighting a cold for weeks, and I'm still congested and actually feeling lightheaded.

 Any clue what this could be?  I've had a pretty normal pregnancy, other than gestational diabetes, which I have well controlled with diet.

    I've had that pain off and on as well, and my doctor told me it's just my rib cage adjusting to the pressure of the baby/swollen giant uterus.  My baby just dropped lower in the past week or so, and the pressure is mostly gone, so yours might go away as soon as baby drops!
