WTF -Amazon/USPS

Grrr..

 I have a package floating around with Amazon and the US Postal Service.  I have been watching the tracking- it was shipped on December 15th from a location less than 4 hours away from me.  It came to my local post office and then was sent to the PO in the next town over which is a little larger.  Now it is yet another location that is around 3.5 hours away and in no way a logical place to send it.  On the USPS site it states it was mis-sent when it went to the next town over.  GRRR!!  This is my parents Christmas present and two DVD's I had ordered for older DS.  Without seeing the package I do not know if it is an Aamazon screw-up or USPS screw-up.  For once I doubt it was me since I just always click on use this address for my home address and have had over 20 packages arrive to me this year.

I hope my DH's gift does not get to go on this wild journey.

    I hate hate hate when they ship stuff USPS. Even when I had Prime and it was guaranteed in 2 days it was always late. I like USPS for shipping my own personal stuff, but if you need something shipped fast, they are not the way to go.

    Same thing is happening to me. I ordered my dad's gift on Amazon and I'm worried it won't make it. I track the sucker every day. I hope yours gets to you soon!

    At least you did this through Amazon and so probably got it shipped for free, rather than having to pay for the pleasure.  I am also displeased with USPS's service atm, lemme tell you.
