Oh The Water Works!

DS has gotten very whinny lately. He cries when I lay him down on his changing table to change his diaper and he hates getting dress.He cries if I take anything from his hand, he cries when I try to put his coat on, when I try to put his shoes on, and never mind trying to put him in his car seat, he hates it! Once he is all strapped and ready to go he is fine is just the sitting him in it and trying to get all the straps on him, he arches his body and starts to cry...where is my happy-all-the-time baby???

    welcome to the club. DD is the same i mean we had times like this before like for a while she is an angel sometimes she is soooo fuzzy and cries and cries. I am blaming teething. Is your son drooling a lot lately?

    OMG you are both right! Teeth! The second one just came through!  He wasn't so fussy the first time though Confused

    My LO has been like that lately too, and yesterday morning we found out why: his first tooth just cut through.  Other than that, I've also read that babies around this age can be super clingy because they're just beginning to get a grasp on things like distance and can now get worried about being far from parents and other things that they like.

    Same here -  she is drooling quite a bit, but her teeth have not come through yet.  I miss my happy baby too.

    Same thing here. Weekend before last, she was fussy, hypersensitive, restless, started crying at brunch with her grandpa... well right after the meal we noticed she had her first two teeth cutting through - at the same time!

    Baby liquid Advil works wonders.
