and I am alive! It was not as bad as I expected but man, I am sore. Great way to start the morning and I can not wait to do it tomorrow morning too. I may even do it again today if I have time.
I'm going to start 30 Day Shred once I get DS down for his nap. I stuck with it for 10 or 11 days a few months ago and enjoyed it. I hate that we had so much going on and I lost motivation. I hope I can stick to it for the full 30 days or even longer. I found that doing about 20 minutes of yoga before helps after the first few days since her warm-up isn't that great. Good luck!
I actually did this a few years ago- and would love to force myself back into it. After every workout, try to go for a quick walk or something as a cool down. It really helped with the sore/stiffness. I would hold off doing two in one day until you see how you feel tomorrow.

I will do mine after the holidays when my diet is better!
