I just use my regular pump with batteries. I hook myself up with my pump ease hands-free bra (I put on my seatbelt first so the tubing doesn't get caught underneath) cover up the top with my shirt, and go. After I park, I undo everything and deal with the milk.
No one can even tell what you're doing. The only thing is, you can't do breast compressions while driving.

I do!
but I have found that I don't need to as much....I think b/c I am driving and focused on that, I don't really think/worry about what's coming out, whereas when I pump at work I am 100% focused on the milk to make sure I get enough....

I do not have a special pump, but I did buy the 9V car power supply for my Medela PISA. I put the hands-free bra on, put in the flanges, put on my seatbelt, attach the bottles, attach the tubes, and cover with a nursing cover.
I also do breast compressions if I'm at a red light, or once in a while if I'm on the highway and have a hand that isn't busy. (I do them one hand at a time, so it's not like I'm driving with my knee or anything).
