a beer a night?

Is it OK that I have a beer every night after LO goes to bed?  that's 7 beers in a week... is that OK?

    Depends who you ask. But the Mayo Clinic says up to 1 drink per day is "moderate intake" for a woman.

    I just make sure I drink mine right after my pumping session, so that way it is pretty much completely out of my system by my next session 2-3 hours later.  My nightly drink helps keep me sane :)

    oh dear, 7 beers a night!?!??!  i would never do that!  the hangover would be horrendous!!!!
