extremely gassy...

The girl has huge man farts all day long. They wake her up from a dead sleep. Hell, they wake me up. She is exclusively fed BM in a breastflow bottle ( I ep). She also doesn't poop as much as she should. Which would you do? Gas drops in her milk, try a new bottle, or dairy elimination diet?

    Does the gassiness seem to bother her? I dont think gassiness in and of itself is a problem only when the baby cant pass the gas or is made uncomfortable by gas pains. I definitely wouldnt think that you need to go as drastic as dairy elimination to start off with and I've also heard that gas drops dont really do much and if she is passing the gas okay they wont do anything at all (I've heard all they do is break up the gas into smaller bubbles so its easier to pass, it doesnt actually reduce the gassiness).

    A new bottle would be my 1st course of action but only if she seems bothered by the gas.
