I feel like a craptastic mom :(

Hi Ladies. I feel like such a crappy mom. DH and I are getting divorced and 22 month old DD spends a lot of time with her dad and his parents. Here I sit at my parents house, alone, while I see pictures of friends baking cookies and doing other fun activities with their LO's. This post has no point but I just feel like a crappy mom Sad

    I'm sorry about the divorce.  Why does dd spend a lot of time with her dad?  Could you ask to have her for an extra day or two and do some special things together?

    DD spends a lot of time with her dad because its hard for me to take care of her. I know I know, she's amost 2 and its still hard for me. My parents help me out though so I'm never alone. She sees her paternal grandparents so much that I think she prefers to be with them than me Crying

    Could you do a cookie-decorating day or ornament-decorating day and invite your mom and dad to help you with it?

     I'm sorry it feels like she prefers to be with her other grandparents.  That must be hard for you.

    It is very hard for me. She really does prefer to be with her paternal grandparents than to be with me or my parents. Its hard on them too Crying Then again, this is according to STBXH and I don't know if what he is telling me is the truth or if he is just making it up. He does tend to lie sometimes.
