Stomach bug, BF and No Supply

I've been sick with a nasty stomach bug since Fri.I've been keeping up with nursing this weekend but DS is very fussy so I know he's not getting his usual milk supply.  Today, I tried pumping and my supply is completely gone....I"m talking about less than an ounce after pumping for 20 minutes :(

Anyone else have experiences with this? Did your supply come back? DS is 8 months old, EBF and I really wanted to BF until he was a year old. So frustrating!

    Yes, it was awful. Five days of pure torture. The supply drop is due to not eating enough as well as dehydration. Try to get calories any way you can -- and drink lots of fluids. Continue nursing even if you have to supplement at the end of the feeding. DD was 5 months at the time but my supply returned just fine once my appetite came back.
