  If she is content, has a wet mouth, and is making enough wet & bm diapers, then yes.

  We had the same situation.  PP is right.  LO still only nurses from 1 side for 10 min every 2 hours at almost 5 months.

  I would say definitely. My DD only ever nursed one side. I nursed her for 9 months and she never did more than one side at a time.  She will let you know if she needs more.
