Scar Pain

Ok so I am almost 9 weeks PP and out of no where I get these sharp shooting pain in the middle or the edges of my incision....they last for like 30 seconds... What do you think it is???

    probably the incision inside. My GYN told me that the inside stitches slowly dissolve (IDK if you may have the same ones), so the tissue is probably still tender there. I got those same pains on one side of my scar until last week sometime, and I am 4 weeks PP.
