    Yum yum yum!! I used to make those all the time as a kid. I think I know what I'm going to be having for breakfast tomorrow (and the next day, and the next day....). (Someone on another pg forum mentioned a fried egg sandwich about two months ago, and it sparked the most insatiable craving for them... so, yup, I've been having a fried egg sandwich at least every other day since then.)

    Egg in the hole is my fave breakfast of all time! my husband had never had one before he met me!  Some times I add stuff to them like cover it with cheese then when you flip the cheese gets all cooked and crusty mmmm(you need a good non stick pan) or  I ass a slice of meat.  Great now I want a tasty runny egg in the hole
