ChaCha question

How often do they hire?  I went to try and apply and they didnt have a spot for a guide... Is that what you ladies do?

    Back when I started (July) they were hiring all the time, it isn't until recently that they stopped. My suggestion is to just keep checking back every day :]

    I'm a guide.  I started about 2 weeks ago.  The hiring freeze is very recent.

    The current hiring freeze is the first one in the history of ChaCha, I believe. They are have a lot of system problems, and are no limiting the number of questions a person can ask ChaCha, so I have a feeling it may be quite some time before they hire more Guides.

    I'll cross my fingers for you though!

    Do you suppose thats why I cant download the tool bar. I did all the other stuff, but now it wont let me have the freaking toolbar.
