WWYD with this milk?

I picked DS up from daycare early today and forgot to put one of his bottles back in the frige when we got home.  The bottle set out from 10:40-2:20.  Would you keep it or throw it out?

    BM is usually fine for 4 hrs at room temp (some resources say it can be out longer).  You can always smell/taste it to make sure it's still good and then put it in the fridge for tomorrow or freeze it.

    BM is good at room temp. for 4-6 hrs. I say you're good to go- just stick it back in the ridge and use later
