My kid is getting worse by the day. The only thing I can get him to eat is fruit. He will eat the crap out of it, so he's obviously hungry. He will take a bite of meat or veggies, but immediately spits it out. Anyone figure out any tricks? For a while I would sneak veggies and meat into sauce for his pasta, but now he won't even eat pasta!

Unable to even.

You don't understand the appeal of Benedict Cumberbatch / think he's fug / don't know who he is? WATCH SHERLOCK. Until you do, your negative opinion of him will not be taken seriously.
DS only likes chicken and turkey. No red meat or hot dogs. Which is OK by me. Have you tried chicken nuggets? DS likes the Tyson frozen ones. Maybe your LO will be tricked by the breading into eating some chicken. We also give him small slices of cucumbers (we used to dip them in ranch dressing to get him to eat them, but now he eats them alone). You could try that.
As a PP said, it'll probably pass. My DS wouldn't eat anything but mini pancakes and fruit for awhile. But now he eats practically anything we give him (except red meat!).
Good luck!
Jack has about three veggies he will actually eat: Tomatoes (I know this is technically a fruit), sweet potato fries, green beans
He barely touches meat or any other protein.

I'm having the same problem. She used to be a great eater, but lately veggies and meat are a no-go. The infuriating part is that she will eat them at daycare.
T will eat most carbs (no pasta here either), pb, any fruit, and usually sweet potatoes. She will also eat fish sticks and probably chicken nuggets, but I refuse to give in (at least for now) and give her crap food so she will eat. I continue to offer meat and veggies in various forms and the only thing that I care about is that she doesn't throw it off of her tray.
I have heard that toddlers, if given a variety of food, will eat a balanced diet over the course of a week or two. I have been surprised that there will be days when she will not touch a vegetable, and all of a sudden, one day she will. I just keep offering and also try and include at least one thing she will like.
If you live near a Whole Foods, you may want to try Dr. Praeger's Littles. They're in the frozen section, next to the vegan stuff. My co-worker has a similar situation to yours and she tried the Dr. P veggie bites and her kid loves them. I bought the fish shaped fish sticks and the broccoli bites (which are shaped like trees and dinosaurs). My kids eats them like they are going out of style! They're so good I even pop a few extras in the oven for myself. GL!

my kid doesn't eat any veggies or meat and never has. She pokes it with her finger while making a disgusted look on her face. I just started giving her the veggie pouches again and she will suck them down so I'm not too worried about her veggie intake.
I just keep offering meats to her hoping that she'll try it at some point. Her pedi didn't seem too worried about it when I asked him.
What are the texture of these? I'm really interested in them but if they are too mushy DS won't touch them. Ok he'll touch them but that will be to poke them and them flick them to the floor.
