where to go to drive around looking at lights?

Preferably RR or Cedar Park. We're taking the kids tonight because Abby will be in Dallas with her grandma most of next week. I would like to go to one neighborhood that is AWESOME! Last year I took one of those maps and drove all around RR finding 1 house at a time (the ones set to music). While the houses were pretty fun, they weren't necessarily in cool neighborhoods and we drove ALL around all night.

I'd like to one stop shop this year. Big Smile So, any recs on an awesome neighborhood. Thanks

My neighborhood is insane this year! We have several houses that are set to music and almost every house has outside decor. Its pretty awesome. I think you know where I live but if not, email me at lainaustin at yahoo and I will give you the info and the best streets.

I haven't been in a few years, but we used to go to Forest Creek. Not sure about houses with music+lights, but many, many houses have awesome lights!

Also when I worked nightshift, I would enjoy driving around Berry Creek and seeing all their lights, but I know that's a little farther for you.

Austxgrl could you give out the name of your neighborhood? I promise I won't try and find your house

My nephew (9 yrs old) will be with us on Christmas eve and wanted to do some drive by's in the car but we don't want to have to venture out to far from CP. So if you live in a community close........please, the name......

Same thing happened to us. Drove around everywhere for about one or two awesome houses. I'll check out austx's neighborhood. If you're in SA from now until January 1st, the Windcrest neighborhood has some awesome lights. Took the kids last year and it was great. We're going to do that and Santa's Ranch in NB sometime between now and Christmas.
