So im only pumping and my LC gave me a great idea to save some money and free up my hands.. she said if you just cut 2 little holes in a sports bra and wear that with the breast pads inside you just take the pads out and put the flanges in and start pumping and it saves you some money and you dont have to sit and hold on while pumping.. its honestly worked amazing im so glad she told me that because the bras are like $30.. just thought id share with some people..

a sports bra with breast pads? Wonder if just a tight sports bra would work.. hmm. a lot of my sports bras were expensive though so that might not be a good idea. maybe i'll hit up the old Ross.

the breast pad is just to keep your nipple from poking through..
