have we talked about stocking stuffers?

I have a few things for DS- a thing of matchbox cars, some cool new crayons, coloring books....what else is there?  Anyone have any ideas?  And I'm not crafty, so don't tell me to make something.  ;)

  • There are lots of cute things at Cracker Barrel that my mom is getting for the boys' stockings.  Lots of cars and stuff.  I don't know if you have a Tractor Supply shop near you, but they always have a bunch of bins of animals (nice quality ones, not crappy plastic ones) and tractors that are perfect for stockings also.
  • Stickers, a fun Mickey matching card game I found in the dollar spot at Targ, some fruit snacks, a new fun straw cup...
    Dear Bump: You suck.
  • so far we have a couple of trains, some small books, chalk, some underwear & mittens.
Lilypie Third Birthday tickers Lilypie First Birthday tickers

  • DS's stocking will have an orange (tradition), Toy Story Pez dispenser & Pez candy, Toy Story mini flashlight (kid is obsessed w/flashlights), Veggie Tales DVD, pack of Crazy Straws, Lightening McQueen and Tow Mater matchbox-sized cars, and a plastic candy cane filled with Reeses Pieces.  Oh and if I ever remember to get around to going back to get it, a Christmas tree spinny-light thingy that he saw at Michaels weeks ago and will not stop talking about.

  • The boys' stockings will have the following:  an apple and orange, a few pieces of chocolate, new playdough, clay tools (rolling pins, cutters, clay scissors, etc), some Hotwheels, and some chalk for an art easel we recently acquired.  I'm personally pretty excited about the clay tools :-).
