After 7 nights of the Tot Clock...

I can honestly say there is a vast improvement.  However, considering DS has always been an excellent sleeper, it's truly impossible to say whether it's the clock or whether it is him just getting back on his normal routine.  However, I like the clock, and so does DS. He loves when it turns blue (he jumps up and down saying Time for Bed!  Time for Bed!) and then he lets us know that it'll be time to wake up when it turns orange (we think it's yellow, but it does look orange-y). Out of the past 7 nights, I think there were 2 or 3 early on, where he got up, around 6:10-6:30 and came into our room, but then when we asked what color the clock was and he said it was still blue, he went back into his room until it changed. We have it set for 6:45, but the past 2 mornings, DS has slept past 7! So, we may push it back to 7 ;)

Anything is better than him getting up at 5:15, 5:30 etc. !!!!!

Re: After 7 nights of the Tot Clock...

  • Nice!  I bought one but it's one of DD's Christmas gifts so we haven't used it yet.  I'm curious if it will help keep her in her room longer.  :fingers crossed:

  • Good to know it's working! Yay!

I'm going to look into getting one too.

  • Yay!  We love ours.  Not to say it works 100% of the time every single night/morning with both the girls, but it definitely helps.

My only complaint is the price - sort of steep - and it also has bells and whistles that we don't use (the music features).  It's a good "get someone to get it for you as a gift" gift.  Smile

  • Great to know!  I'm definitely adding this to our wish list Smile
