I really wanted to get some cubbies and shelving from Ikea, but we just ran out of free weekends to make the trip to Round Rock. ?I still might at some point after the baby arrives.
Which BRU do you go to? ?I usually go to the one at the Rim, but after the second time of them not having something in stock (glider) we went to the one on 410 near Ingram. ?I couldn't believe how much more furniture they had on display and in stock!! ?The employees seem about 3x more helpful as well. ?I found a Shermag glider w/ ottoman in mocha with espresso wood that I hadn't seen at any other BRU and doesn't even show up on the BRU website.?
We're having the same issue. PP is right though that some of the BRUs are way better than others. Have you checked out the Baby Depot area at Burlington Coat Factory? I wish regular furniture stores would carry nursery things, but some do have a "kids" section that might help with dressers/bookcases/etc.
