adoption agency recs?

DH and I are interested in domestic adoption but are at a loss at which agency to use. Does anyone have any recommendations? Google gives me a long list but I'd love personal recommendations. We are open to adopt or foster-to-adopt and would prefer an toddler- 5 years (although I've considered older children) and any race/ethnicity. 

Mom to an almost 4 y/o and an almost 2 y/o. In process of growing our family through adoption.

    My coworker is doing foster care now (with intent to adopt her current placement should that become a possibility). Im pretty sure she's working with Lutheran Social Services and she has only wonderful things to say about the preparation and support they receive.

    A doption A dvocates only does infant adoption (sometimes called domestic adoption).  I'm a former adoption caseworker and have worked for several foster/adoption agencies in town.  I would highly recommend L utheran as well.  I'd be happy to discuss pros and cons of other agencies with you, if desired.     I have several friends and a family member that were Gladney babies/children. I also have a couple friends that have adopted through Gladney, and from what I understand, everything worked out fine.

    Friends of ours used AdoptHelp based out of Sherman Oaks, CA.  They are Austin residents and got their beautiful baby boy within 3 months!  It was crazy fast - not saying everyone gets it that fast.  What's crazy is he looks like them - brown hair, blue eyes and all.  They both have a decent amount of money so I'm not sure if this company is super expensive and what-not but they loved their experience with them.  www.adopthelp.com/
