first glass of wine-pumping/dumping question

If I have a 1/2 glass of wine, can I feed her again at say 8pm? (time now is 5pm) Or should I just give her a bottle of already pumped breast milk and pump (then dump) the wine breast milk?

You are fine to breastfeed after half a glass of wine. Definitely after 3 hours.

The rule of thumb is that if you're ok to drive you're ok to BF.

Pour yourself a full glass!!! 3 hours is plenty of time!!! If you're fine to drive your fine to feed..have some water at the same time to make yourself feel better, but really, one FULL glass is fine!! Enjoy!!
