DS LOVES books! He's borderline obsessed!! LOL I'm looking for some new suggestions b/c the ones I'm seeing at the stores just aren't right.
DS likes for there to be a story. His faves right now are The Gruffalo, Click Clack Moo, Curious George, etc.
Board books with only a couple of words per page just aren't enough for him anymore. It seems like the next level of books are a bit too old for him though. Any suggestions?
Re: Looking for some book recs for my DS
Have you done any of the Eric Carle books? Like The Very Hungry Caterpillar or The Grouchy Ladybug?
DD really likes those and has for quite some time.
* Mo Willems -- I would check out any of the Pigeon series (both kids really love Pigeon Wants a Puppy), Knuffle Bunny series, Edwina; City Dog, Country Frog
* Fish Kisses
* Go Dog Go, The Foot Book, Hand Hand Fingers Thumb and other simpler Dr. Seuss or the like books
* You and Me (big board book about opposites -- really lovely illustrations)
* I am a Bunny
* Mercer Meyer -- DS is starting to get into Little Critter books. The Christmas one is a good one because it has partial foldouts
* Airport
