  Forgotten cookies. Super easy. Preheat oven to 375 beat 2 egg yolks until stiff gradually add 3/4 cup sugar then fold in 16 oz of chocolate chips. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and drop batter on sheet with a spoon. Place in the oven then TURN OFF oven and go to sleep and then get the cookies in the morning! Hence the name "forgotten". Really if you do it during the day you have to leave in until the oven cools. Easy!
