Plasma car? What age?

I have a voucher for H a ut e Look I want to use and they have Plasma Cars today.  What is an appropriate age for a child to use one of these?  I was thinking of buying one for L and stashing it away for his 3rd birthday.

    I can answer after Christmas. DS's godparents are getting him one. I didn't even know what they were until she asked if he would like it. I just told her if it had wheels he would probably love it.

    We just gave DS one for his 3rd birthday and it is perfect.  He used one at a friend's house several months ago and was fine. 3 is definitely not too young for it.

    My DD just got one from her grandmother and LOVES it.  She's 3 and a half, but probably would have been just as into it at 3.

    We got ours for Christmas last year, Megan was 6 weeks away from turning 3 and she figured it out right away.  Ryan on occasion will ride it with just his hands, but mostly he uses his feet.  But even if he wouldn't get the hands part he could just use his feet!  Ryan started this at 18m.  I had to look up on the blog to remember when it was ;-)
