Daycare Costs - South Austin?

Hi y'all - if you have your little ones in daycare and don't mind sharing about how much you pay per month, I'd love to know. Ours is due in April, and we can't afford for one of us to stay home after my maternity leave is up.

Are you interested in an in home or center for daycare? I've found the prices are really different.

i'm sending my kid to a montessori school that has an infant room. it's $985/month.

I'm at a home based daycare and pay (a grandfathered) $700 a month (but she has since raised prices to $800). I believe that bigger daycare centers charge 1000-1100ish.

I don't think there's much difference in cost between north/south austin daycares, so I'll say that my center in north austin is $950/month for the infant room. home daycares tend to be a little cheaper (I think)
