Dr. Rec for a friend please (ED and anxiety)

Hi ladies!  I have a friend that needs your help.  She is having trouble and potentially has an eating disorder.  She is also having anxiety issues (which is part of the eating trouble).  I didn't use anyone in Austin, and she needs someone there.  Preferrably someone that is far north or in round rock or cedar park, etc.  Can anyone recommend someone?  Or a good place to start looking?

I know I'm never on the board, but my friend really needs help and I trust your recs.

    There are tons of good ED psychotherapists, psychologists and psychiatrists in Austin.  Have her check out the Austin Eating Disorder Specialists website and look at the bios.

    I have had trouble with anxiety for a long time. I finally saw a wonderful nurse practitioner last month. She was a God send for me. I have never felt more comfortable talking to a doctor as I did her  She actually took time to sit down with me. I totally started crying and I left there feeling much better and felt like a gained a friend. We are still on the path to find the right meds for me but I feel so much better!.
