Mucous in poop??

So I've been trying to sort out if/what allergy LO has. I had a feeling maybe dairy because when he was first born I was eating a lot of yogurt and he had a wicked rash on his hiney, I stopped eating it and it went away for the most part except for a few red spots until I eliminated dairy all together. Throw in his reflux issue as well so I stopped. Recently stopped eating soy since his reflux wasn't getting better. 

I went to DH's holiday party the other day and had some appetizers that I thought were safe but now in hind sight perhaps they weren't (pigs in a blanket, etc). That was Tuesday, but now this morning LO had a crazy big poop very watery and mucous filled. Is this a definite sign of an allergy or a possible coincidence you think? He also has one little patch of dry sign on his face since yesterday, possibly eczema?? I'm analyzing everything...

    Pigs in a blanket probably had dairy and/or soy in the biscuit part. Actually most hot dogs have dairy too. I don't think it's definite allergy until you see blood but my DS stool continued to get worse and worse until we finally saw specks of blood. You could always take a diaper to the dr and have it tested for blood if you want to know for sure.
