I actually have a ton of people left to buy for. My and DH's parents are impossible to buy for. They have everything. And we do a grab bag with DH's extended family. I just got their lists two days ago. So, looks like Micah and I will definitely be making a trip out to the mall again.
Then I have to wrap all of the presents. But that's something I plan on working on tonight. And we're cutting down our tree tonight, so we'll have to decorate that. We're getting there, but there's definitely a lot we still have to do.
I still have to get my nieces something. I have to go grocery shopping or xma eve brunch (I'll do that nxt week) I have to get a dress to wear to a event this weekend (I'm doing that today) I have I deck utter my house for Xmas eve ( I've been doing that all month it seems!) I have to make jolly rancher vodka. I have to get some plates cups and a table runner. I have to go to my moms and rummage through her serving things. I have to get FI something. I have to hang my new curtain rods. Clean he pantry. Thousands of roads of laundry. Clean the bathroom. Clean/orgainize The baby's room. iron something for FI I wear. A the list keeps going. Christmas snuck up on me!
We're pretty much ready. My family usually doesn't shop for everyone. For example, my mom & dad would buy for their kids & grandkids & each other. Me & H buy for LO, parents.
It just so happens that H's family has done Christmas this way too, so it's nothing new for one of us. Although this year, I'm buying for my 3 baby cousins since I'm close with them. I have to buy 2 more people gifts & I'm done. Thank goodness!

We celebrate and no, I am not ready. Our new tree arrived the other day so I could finally undecorate the previous one, take it down, put up the new one, put the lights on and fill it with 300+ ornaments. That was a huge time sucker but I am much happier with the new tree, it is a LOT stronger than the other one.
We still have to visit Santa, bake cookies, wrap gifts, finish shopping, hang the lights in the windows (found out mine were junk last night, grrrr) and just some general clean up. We're not hosting anything but a decorated messy house drives me nuts.
Buy a gift for my parents, wait for a few more gifts to arrive by UPS, wrap a few more things, shop for Christmas day meal (we are hosting). That pretty much sums it up! I feel pretty good about what I have accomplished so far!
wrap gifts and evaluate if anything else is needed.
make a grocery list for christmas eve festivities.
clean house for family get together.
bake christmas cookies this weekend.
Wow, I really need to look at my gifts and see what else I need. I'm a total type"A" personality and need to get organized and everything done. I loathe waiting til last minute.
I'm really not ready. I still have three people to buy for (DH included) and need to pack for a week long trip without DH. He has to work both Christmas Eve and Christmas day so he can't go with us. Plus my BIL is having a graduation party this Saturday, DH's family has decided last minute to get together Sunday and we're leaving Tuesday. All in all it wouldn't be so bad if DD wasn't sick. Thankfully her fever broke last night but she's still really congested. Makes it really hard to get everything done.
Currently going through our second deployment. Can't wait for Zoe to meet her daddy!
I still need to finish my outside decorations (make bows for wreaths and hang, put out lighted trees, hang front door wreath), bake cookies and biscotti, wrap gifts, finish shopping for a few people, and pick up gift cards. All of that and I still have to get my house ready for DS2's baptism, which is two weeks after Christmas. I'm so looking forward to January 9th
I have two gift cards to buy. One present to buy that can wait until after Christmas (wont see them until the 28th). I have to wrap EVERYTHING! I think I'm doing pretty well :-)

Re: If you celebrate Christmas?
It will only be DH, DD, and I on Christmas eve and Christmas day so we are not doing a big get together.
Shop for food for Christmas Day and snack type stuff.
We will bake cookies for Santa - can't do that too soon!
I will probably cave and make homemade cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning - I was going to do Pillsbury, but DH is having a fit.
DD has her Christmas program at school tomorrow, so after that - We are done!!!!!
All gifts are wrapped and we are good to go
