Very Itchy

I figure this is probably NPR, but I've just been super itchy today!  Everything from my boobs and bump to my arms and feet have been unsatiably itchy.  Doesn't help that the sleep deprivation makes it hard to not instinctively scratch.  I suspect it's the dry winter air, or maybe it's because I've been taking more warm showers than usual to try to relax my aching back muscles.

Anyone else have any annoying symptoms today, pregnancy related or not?

    It may very well be pregnancy related. There are a couple of pregnancy related rashes or things that cause itching. If your hands and feet really itch, call your doc to have checked out as this one can be problematic. Mine was all over ( and not on hands and feet) and was diagnosed as PUPPS. Not much you can do. I take oatmeal baths, the steroid cream did nothing, but Sarna lotion helped a lot. The one thing that made the difference is this fairly awful smelling soap called Grandpas Pine Tar Soap (I got it on Amazon). The smell doesn't stay on you. A friend that had PUPPS twice recommended it and it really worked after about 5 days or so. Good luck!

    yup.. itchy von itch alot. lol. I take 2 showers a day (one for clean and one for my back b4 bedtime) And the weather changed. I canr decide what is causing the itch so i give up....
