I need some opinions. I am 13 weeks along. I was doing Zumba and the Curves circuit about 5 times a week total. My first trimester was hard (sick & tired), so I laid off working out. I am feeling better and wanted to get back into it.
I am going to do Zumba 2 or 3 times a week, but I am a little nervous about the circuit. Can anyone who knows the equipment think of machines I should steer clear of?
