Curves Circuit

I need some opinions.  I am 13 weeks along.  I was doing Zumba and the Curves circuit about 5 times a week total.  My first trimester was hard (sick & tired), so I laid off working out.  I am feeling better and wanted to get back into it.

 

I am going to do Zumba 2 or 3 times a week, but I am a little nervous about the circuit.  Can anyone who knows the equipment think of machines I should steer clear of?

  • I just want to say that I am 19 weeks and still do the entire circuit. I have been modifying the intensity of the abdominal exercises though.
  • I think the curves circuit is probably better than zumba because you really don't have a whole lot of cardio going on in it (you do between machines but you can dial that back ALOT). The strength training will come in helpful when youre trying to recover because you haven't lost muscle mass, and now you're trying to lug around a diaper bag and baby and carrier and purse ...
