DD has been going to daycare since she was 11 weeks old and she's 10 months old now. Since starting she has had many different teachers and assistants as she has moved rooms a few months ago. We would like to give a gift to all those who have worked, taught, loved and cared for her these past 8-9 months. I don't know what to give as a thank you to everyone. We were thinking maybe catering a lunch for everyone at the center as a thank you but I don't know if that is too impersonal. What do you think? Any other suggestions?

Re: Daycare holiday gift question
When I taught preschool at a daycare center here are the things that were the most liked by staff as holiday gifts--
Gift Cards to target/caribou/starbucks
Food
If you are looking to hit a lot of people with one gift, they will be really pleased if you bring them food! We had a family that would cater breakfast for the staff every holiday season, and another family that coordinated lunch. We also had some families go in together on a big gift (all put money towards one GC for each teacher) and others that would bring in baked goods or other holiday treats.
