I think DS would really enjoy this, but DH is skeptical. But I think this because DS loves to "help" us in the kitchen when we're cooking. And if we're doing something (like cutting on the cutting board) and he can't see it from his vantage point, he always asks for his step stool.
I just wonder if his interest will translate over to the play kitchen, or if he only likes the real stuff because we're in there doing the work.
Plus, I think my soon-to-be DD will eventually enjoy it too. So, it's a good investment, right? (They're on sale on Gilt right now.)
Re: Does your DS have a play kitchen? Does he like it?
This is us exactly. We gave it to DS last christmas. It's not really a favorite but he still plays with it pretty regularly, especially getting mommy coffee!
Oh my goodness, exactly both of these! DS got it for Christmas last year and likes to make 'supper' and bring me coffee. He (and DD) get pretty good use out of it.
Ours wasn't used (I couldn't find a nice used one...boo), but this is us, too! He loved the one at school, so we bought him one for Christmas last year. He def plays with it, but not constantly. I am glad we bought it. He makes me coffee, too : )
