Fuming at Snapfish!

I have been a loyal Snapfish for many years.  They have seriously pissed off a good customer!  I had to re-order extra Christmas cards on Nov. 28th.  It's now December 14th and they STILL haven't shipped.  I've been in contact with Customer Support 4 different times and each time I've been told my order is shipping within 1-2 days.  I contacted them again this morning when I saw the notice that all picture orders placed before Dec. 2nd have been shipped.  Guess what?!?  My order was placed before that and it hasn't shipped yet.  I threw a fit and they credited my account for the cards and said my order will ship on Friday.  I can pretty much guarantee I'm never going to see those cards.  Looks like I'm going to have to order some extras from Costco now.  I'm SOOOOOO mad!  I'm a customer service manager and bad customer service makes my blood boil.  OK...rant over!

  • wow, that is ridiculous. something must be wrong with the order... i had amazing customer service from them 1 month ago when i ordered our holiday cards and 2 photo books.

  • Any chance you can do some ship to store to get them right away?  I just ordered mine from Snapfish and it is being printed at Walmart.  Just wondering if that might be a good option for you.  I hate poor customer service as well and was also not happy with Snapfish customer service.  Hang in there.

    I've never had problems before.  I've ordered a ton of stuff this holiday season...cards, prints, enlargements, and 3 calendars.  It's just these dang extra cards they cannot figure out.

  • I, too, was a loyal customer of theirs for many years! Then they sent me my photo book. Cover was my baby...inside was someone else's christening!! I ordered it (for Christmas) in November. Went through the ringer with their customer service. It finally showed up on Christmas Eve. They gave me no credits or apologies. "It happens". Guess who did not spend a dime at Snapfish this year?

  • that reminds me that our photo books were supposedly shipped on Dec 4 but still haven't arrived...I'd better follow up on that...

  • How frustrating.  Don't hate me, but I think Costco has much better quality and customer service than Snapfish anyway....

  • Million$baby just posted on fb about issues she is having with snapfish. I'm a shutterfly girl myself but it sounds like snapfish needs to work out some kinks or they may not be around for long. I ordered my cards on the 27th and had them by the 5th, with standard, free shipping. It isn't rocket science for a company that is in the business, that is pretty unacceptable.

  • Crap...now I'm nervous about my cards shipping.  I saw million$baby's post too and was a little worried, now 2 complaints in a few hours makes me worried!  I ordered calendars last week and they have already arrived; I just ordered the cards this weekend and got a message today they were ready to be shipped.  **please let them come this week!**

    I'm sorry you are dealing with bad service...that would piss me off too - especially since they are giving you the run around.
