I have been a loyal Snapfish for many years. They have seriously pissed off a good customer! I had to re-order extra Christmas cards on Nov. 28th. It's now December 14th and they STILL haven't shipped. I've been in contact with Customer Support 4 different times and each time I've been told my order is shipping within 1-2 days. I contacted them again this morning when I saw the notice that all picture orders placed before Dec. 2nd have been shipped. Guess what?!? My order was placed before that and it hasn't shipped yet. I threw a fit and they credited my account for the cards and said my order will ship on Friday. I can pretty much guarantee I'm never going to see those cards. Looks like I'm going to have to order some extras from Costco now. I'm SOOOOOO mad! I'm a customer service manager and bad customer service makes my blood boil. OK...rant over!

I've never had problems before. I've ordered a ton of stuff this holiday season...cards, prints, enlargements, and 3 calendars. It's just these dang extra cards they cannot figure out.
that reminds me that our photo books were supposedly shipped on Dec 4 but still haven't arrived...I'd better follow up on that...
sorry they're so clueless!
How frustrating. Don't hate me, but I think Costco has much better quality and customer service than Snapfish anyway....

Crap...now I'm nervous about my cards shipping. I saw million$baby's post too and was a little worried, now 2 complaints in a few hours makes me worried! I ordered calendars last week and they have already arrived; I just ordered the cards this weekend and got a message today they were ready to be shipped. **please let them come this week!**
I'm sorry you are dealing with bad service...that would piss me off too - especially since they are giving you the run around.
