(This is not a business-related post, just social!)
Next week, I'm off work but I'm sending Haley to daycare each day. I'm setting aside the Mommy Guilt about it and spending each day working on her baby album, as well as some gift albums that I need to get done. If anyone has any paper crafting to do and would like to join me, you're welcome to! I have a workshop in the back of my house with enough seating for 6-8 people. So if you happen to have time away from kiddos and something you need to work on, I'd love the company! I live in North San Jose, off 880 and Brokaw. There are 4 Starbucks within a 2-mile radius...
I also have an ulterior motive. I tend to get distracted by errands and housework and don't spend as much time on my albums as I had originally planned, but if I have people joining me, I'll actually work on my projects and leave the laundry for later.
Re: If anyone is up for paper crafting next week...
You know I wish I could but I cannot escape the little guy. Have fun!
If you want to attempt some crafting over here... I can try to distract him.
omg....why can't we be closer distance wise!!!
I'm off the following week and one of my goals is to catch up on H's scrapbook...then I'm going to start designing a digital book or four.
I would love to work together on it and learn from your creative and talented self.
My Mommy guilt is fierce, but a few days off with both the boys out of the house has got me salivating already over crafts, movies, the gym, a massage and even a bit of cleaning!
Three cheers for me time....hip, hip hooray!
Hip, hip, hooray!!
I know I'll feel guilty dropping her off next week, especially since I'll be wishing I could keep her home... but I'll thank myself for setting aside time to start her album, so it will be worth it. I always tell myself I'll work on it during the weekend, but it never happens! Too much going on!
