I would do holiday baking but DH doesn't like sweets so I'd end up eating it all.
So all the baking I'm doing this year is the two pies I have to make for "Christmas" with the IL's this weekend.
I'm kind of like this. I make what I'm "assigned" for parties, etc. I really want to try the Andes mint chip cookies that Mandy (I think) mentioned the other day. I may do a "just because" baking session for those.
"Oh, the silent majesty of a winter's morn, the clean, cool chill of the holiday air,
an asshole in his bathrobe, emptying a chemical toilet into my sewer."

We're going to my parents on the 22nd for a week and I may have to do some baking there. I know my family will eat sweets if I make them!

Can you link the Andes mint cookie recipe?
I don't have it, but she said it was on the bag if you buy Andes chips.

It varies every year. Sometimes fudge, sometimes cookies.
This year I'm doing cookie baskets for the boys' daycare teachers, so I'll be making several kind of cookies. I'm still undecided on whether to make fudge. Last year I made them individual chocolate chip rum cakes and they were a big hit. I'd do it again, but I want to do something that Gabe can help with.
Re: Poll- What does your holiday baking consist of?
Here is what I usually do:
Chocolate Crinkles
Peanut Butter Blossoms
Spritz
Peppermint Brownies
Several batches of Spicy Chex Mix
This year I am only doing the Chex Mix. I don't have the energy to do anything else.
Jack Emmett born on 2/2/10 after 17 cycles and a miscarriage
Calvin Wyatt born on 1/10/12. Our surprise baby!

I feel you on that and I'm not even close to where you are at in your pregnancy. I've been trying to do a little bit at a time and freeze some things.
